Welcome!
A blog about how video games elevate storytelling and artfully enhance life.
“Video games are bad for you? That’s what they said about rock n’ roll.”
― Shigeru Miyamoto (creator of Mario & The Legend of Zelda)
“I want my games to teach a message about life, by presenting situations where the answer isn’t a clear yes or no.”
― Hideo Kojima (creator of Metal Gear & Death Stranding)
“I feel that a world in which you only see what you want to see is incomplete. And as a game creator, I am only here to prepare a game that will expand the breadth of your thinking, and leave the decision between good and evil up to the players.”
― Yoko Taro (Creator of NieR)

About Bran, Super Brantendo, himself
Bran is just your average twenty-something gamer and anime fanatic. Although Nintendo is where his heart of hearts reside, he has nothing but love for all consoles–he has even recently made his foray into PC gaming recently.
Bran in a nutshell: He’s a writer, figure collector, avid movie-theater-visitor , and die-hard defender of the Legend of Zelda timeline. P.S. he leans towards grass starters in Pokémon.
He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. It had always been his dream to write a blog about gaming and how the medium elevates above other forms of media (and show off his collection as well).
